Capture the inward unit

Record the product and each available IMEI or serial during opening stock or purchase. The identifier should remain unique within the relevant business inventory.

Select during sale

Scan or search an available IMEI, confirm the linked product and add the unit to the bill. A sold or already-selected serial should not be selectable again.

Is barcode the same as IMEI?

No. A barcode often identifies a product type; an IMEI identifies one handset.

Can one IMEI be sold twice?

A correctly maintained inventory should prevent a sold IMEI from being selected again.
