Send a deletion request
Email an account deletion request to support@olobook.in from the Google email address used to sign in to Olo Book. Use the subject Olo Book account deletion request and say that you want your Olo Book account and associated server data deleted.
If the email button does not open, compose the email manually. Opening the button does not submit a request: you must send the email. We will confirm receipt, verify ownership and confirm completion by email. Never send your Google password, OTP, backups or customer records.
If you cannot access that email account, contact support to discuss ownership verification. We do not delete accounts based only on an email address supplied by someone else.
What is deleted
After ownership verification, we delete the associated Olo Book server account record, including its identity-derived identifier, account lookup hash, trial dates, entitlement metadata and account activity timestamps. This deletes your Olo Book account, not your Google account, Gmail or Google Business Profile.
What stays on your device
Your local products, parties, bills, inventory, payroll, settings and exported backups are not stored in the account service and cannot be remotely erased by this request. Requesting account deletion does not automatically clear them. Keep any records you need. Tell support if you also need guidance on removing device-local data. Copies you shared with other people or apps remain under their control.
Retention and subscriptions
We retain the request correspondence while verifying and completing your request. If any information must be retained afterward for a specific legal obligation, security investigation or dispute, we will explain the data, reason and applicable retention period in our response. We do not promise automatic deletion within 90 days.
Account deletion does not itself cancel a Google Play subscription. If you have an active subscription, manage or cancel it through Google Play. You may still submit a deletion request without making a purchase or reinstalling Olo Book.
Request from the app
In app versions that include this option, open More → Plan → Request account deletion to open this page. You can also use this page directly without signing in to the app. Signing out alone does not delete a server account.
